Neel Vahil, BA
Neel graduated from Emory University with a B.A. in History and Political Science. He spent a year studying at the London School of Economics, where he developed a love of imperial stouts.He is currently a medical student pursuing an M.D. at New York Medical College and a Masters in Translational Medicine (MTM) at UC Berkeley and UCSF.
During medical school he worked at the University of Colorado Health system as a Health Innovation Fellow where he used HCD to improve patient flow to inpatient teams and improve communication and collaboration between the emergency department and department of hospital medicine. Before medical school he served as a U.S Army officer in the First Cavalry Division leading teams of up to 40 soldiers in support of NATO response operations in western Europe. In his free time, he can be found trying in vain to catch fish, mountain biking, and trail running.
